
Strength Circuit is our 50-minute strength training class designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and challenge your body in new ways each session. The muscle focus changes throughout the week—from upper body and lower body, to core and full-body training—providing you with a balanced, well-rounded workout routine. Your instructor will move you through timed stations or intervals while also providing 1:1 form corrections, guidance, and motivation to keep you feeling supported and confident in every movement. All fitness levels are welcome, and your instructor will provide options to modify or increase intensity.
